Aneba Potash Project

The Aneba Potash Project is located in the Amazon basin immediately north of two (2) potash deposits (Arari and Fazendinha). The Aneba Potash Project is comprised of 27 exploration leases covering approximately 260,000 hectares and six (6) pending applications for exploration licenses. MBAC is currently analyzing geophysical data and information from previously drilled exploration wells in order to determine the most prospective area. Drilling is expected to begin by mid 2010.

Brazil imports approximately 90% of its annual potash consumption and the Amazon basin is one of the least explored sites containing large potash deposits. The Amazon area has attracted the attention of several global companies with a focus on meeting the Brazilian market demand. MBAC owns 35% of the property with an option to acquire 100% interest in the project.
